When we travel, we often forget to exercise and just acknowledge that we are too occupied and pre-occupied. That’s a big NO for successful people! As Jim Rohn said, “Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.”. Successful people always and will always find time to train not just their minds but also their bodies.

For some, it is such a time wrecker, but little did they know it is one of the biggest factor why you could become very successful. Quick Exercise for your Shoulder- UPWARD STRETCH

Instructions:

Step 1: Stand straight with your feet placed shoulder-width apart. Keep your arms on the side, parallel to the body.

Step 2: Extend your arms overhead and interlock the fingers. Continue the motion until you feel a stretch in the back and the shoulders.

Step 3: Pause for a second and return to the starting position.

Repeat the exercise for the recommended number of times.

Important tip: Keep your back straight throughout the duration of the exercise.

Quick Exercise for your Arm – ARM CIRCLES

Instructions:

Step 1: Stand straight with your feet placed shoulder-width apart. Keep your arms on the side, parallel to the body.

Step 2: Extend your arms overhead and interlock the fingers. Continue the motion until you feel a stretch in the back and the shoulders.

Step 3: Pause for a second and return to the starting position.

Repeat the exercise for the recommended number of times.

Quick Exercise for your Abs – PLANK

Instructions:

Step 1: Start on your forearms and your toes with your feet shoulder width apart.

Step 2: Keep your back flat and your core engaged and try to breath shallow while maintaining abdominal pressure.

Step 3: Hold the position for the recommended amount of time or until you can no longer maintain proper form.

Repeat the exercise for the recommended number of times.

 

Quick Exercise for your Thighs and Butt- TOUCH DROPS SQUATS

Instructions:

Step 1: Stand with feet hip-width apart. Explosively jump up, then bend your knees and lower into a squat.

Step 2: Touch your right hand to the floor, then explode back up. When you lower back into the squat, touch your left hand to the floor.

Step 3: Repeat but alternate which hand you drop down each time you jump

Repeat the exercise for the recommended number of times.

 


 

Now when staying in shape, it does not only rely on the workout routines you do every day. Count in the most recommended meal.

You are what you eat and ugh, even I hate saying this but we need to eat REAL FOODS.

Never ever starve yourself. Eat foods that will lessen your stress. Hey! Junk foods are stress relievers? But they are junks and they are not supposed to be in our body. They’ll eventually stress you out when you look at the mirror with the cellulites and fats visually attacking you.

When you travel, you either dig your book to read, dive in to your emails or just EAT. Yes, eat…and eat again. No stop! Don’t eat too much even they are healthy enough. Give time for your stomach to digest. Remember, every TOO MUCH is BAD.

Here are the meals that you must prefer to eat over anything else.

For Snacks, get time to pack yourself with these:

  • Sliced fresh fruits: preferably mellow and berries.
  • Consider a snack bar diet
  • Yogurt
  • Whole-grain crackers

If ever you hit the quick mart, look for these smart food choices:

  • Whole-grain pretzels
  • Coffee or tea (helps digestion and calm your nerves)
  • Fresh or Dried fruit
  • Small bowl of oatmeal
