The Hamptons, on Long Island has been a favorite lavish summer vacation spot for the rich and famous for decades. The recently opened East Hampton Grill is a lively restaurant/bar designed in the Arts and Crafts style. You’ll find classic American fare including Dover sole, Prime Rib with mashed potatoes and desserts, hot fudge sundae and Key Lime Pie.
